Bhopal India is indeed tragic beyond belief. Union Carbide went bankrupt. However, there database lives on. People are profiteering from it (nine figures) by building modern day mining companies. Capitalism.

Capitalism in itself is not bad, we can cultivate instead of making the poor pay for our greed; there is a way.

I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for your personal article in support of my fellow IVAW member, Tomas Young, and the film “Body of War”. I visited Tomas in Chicago on Sept. 1-2… he will be back home in KC by the end of the month, excited to get on with speaking engagements. Oh, and Tomas was at the Chicago celebration the other night, a guest of the Obama campaign. Thanks again, Mary Ann Schallert, Ft. Lewis Chapter IVAW – Rachel Corrie Chapter of VFP, Olympia, WA
